Plain Weave (PW)
The fundamental weave where each warp wire alternately passes over and under every weft wire at 90° angles. Features uniform grid patterns with consistent wire diameters.
Twill Weave (TW)
Characterized by diagonal patterns: each warp wire crosses over two weft wires, then under two weft wires, repeated offset by one wire position per row. Provides enhanced durability.
Dutch Weave (DW) (Dense Weave/Mat Weave)
Combines thick warp wires with thin weft wires in asymmetric density:
Twill Dutch Weave: Warp wires pass over/under two weft wires diagonally
Double-Weft Dutch Weave: Two parallel weft wires tightly interlock warp wires for micron-level filtration
Multi-Filament Dutch Weave: Uses bundled warp/weft wires in twill pattern for extreme strength
